Plastic lined pipe is more than just an inner liner and outer pipe shell. The liner and shell must work as a system to provide the performance required for critical services PSI products is used for. Our steel pipe and plastic liner acts as one integral piece by combining dissimilar materials with very different rates of thermal expansion. PSI Lokline™ lining process positively locks the plastic liner in the metal pipe housing while effectively relieving stresses that could cause unwanted liner movement in service.  This gives Lokline™  product a full-vacuum rating throughout the temperature range. All pipe manufactured by PSI is in full compliance with ASTM F1545.

Pipe spools are available with PTFE, PP, PVDF and PFA liners.

PSI Field Flare Pipe

Using the same Lokline™ technology with a modified process, PSI manufactures Field Flare pipe with movable liner.  The finished piping has identical performance (pressure/temperature/vacuum) as our standard factory-made pipe spools. Moveable liner allows the fabricator a wide variety of flange options - rotating, welded, or threaded. Available in PTFE, PP, PVDF and PFA liner with Flange x Flange, Flange x Plain-End and Plain-Ends.
